According to UL746C, CQC put forward certification technical requirements of charging gun plug socket material.
Characteristics
New energy vehicles charging gun is core components of new energy automobile power. The charging gun exposure to outside, which face to extreme weather conditions. North of china in winter, charging gun was used in the extreme environment, low temperature made material brittle, cracks and even failure. South of china, the time of climate moisture is longer. That environment made material resistivity declines rapidly. To solve these issues, Shanghai Sunny developed a dedicated to new energy car battery gun material.
The new state standard specify the material should pass the test in -30℃. The materials not only meet the demand of new state standard, but also keep a good mechanical properties in -40℃. The components made by that material can also pass the vehicle rolling testing and low temperature drop testing.
