伴随着汽车以塑代钢的深入，增强尼龙材料逐渐开始替代汽车中的金属材料，其中汽车水室用增强PA66材料是目前国内研究的热点和难点。

汽车散热器俗称汽车水室，属于汽车冷却系统，由于汽车散热器水箱处于工作条件极其苛刻的发动机周围，其内部环境是高低温冷却液环境，因此用于汽车水室的材料必须能够耐乙二醇和其他化学腐蚀剂的侵蚀，同时符合装配中要求的尺寸稳定性和刚性。

日之升利用自身技术优势，通过化学改性的方式开发出汽车水室用增强PA66材料，并将该材料成功应用于汽车散热器上下盖、节温器等多个领域。

With the development of lightweight of automobile, the resin with low specific weight，high strength, heat-resistance, low absorption have become a new hotspot for automobile OEMs. The WA series resin is a modified PPE/PA alloy. With its excellent surface and heat-resistance，this high performance engineering material is an excellent candidate for applications where plastic and metals are painted together at very high temperatures. WA series resin also feature slower water absorption than PA, make it more suit for parts which dimensional stability and complex such as fuse boxes, connectors, etc.
