With the development of plastic instead of steel in auto industry, reinforced nylon material gradually replaced metal material, auto radiator material is becoming a research hotspot in china.
Auto radiator belongs to auto cooling systems. Due to the auto radiator is working in the extremely harsh working conditions where is around the engine, its internal environment is high and low temperature coolant environment. So the materials which are used in auto radiator must have superior resistance to ethylene glycol and other chemical etchant, and meet the requirements of the assembly in dimensional and rigidity at the same time.
With the chemical modification, Shanghai Sunny developed the reinforced PA66 material for auto radiator that has been applied in the radiator, thermostat and other parts successfully.
