Create clean and comfortable car interior environment-Low Emission PP

In-car air pollution has become one of the ten biggest threats on people health. Organic compounds, which come from the automobile interior plastics, are the main pollution. Low emission PP, a ultralow VOC interior decoration material, is developed for improving the car interior air quality by Shanghai SUNNY. TVOC content of this material is less than 30μgC/g which is far lower than the VOC emission standard of OEM. Low emission PP improved the car interior air quality and created a cleaner and more comfortable car interior environment.

The emission of SUNNY low emission PP is meet the emission standard of OEMs, especially TVOC is far lower than traditional interior PP.

Realization way—Core technology

 

Select high-quality raw material with low VOC.

Use special self-research combitilizer,which can prevent the degradation of material so as to control VOC.

Using advanced twin screw extrusion processing technology,exclude VOC as more as possible during the processing process.

Base on the system capacity of source,reactive extrusion and processing technology
