Shanghai Rizisheng Joins Shanghai R & D Public Service Platform
The Shanghai R & D public service platform is a strategic task clearly put forward in the "Shanghai Implementation of the Strategic Action Plan for Rejuvenating the City through Science and Education". It is an important measure to implement the scientific development concept and an important support for Shanghai to build an innovative city. The R & D platform is an open scientific and technological infrastructure and public service system constructed by using modern technologies such as information and networks. It consists of scientific data sharing, scientific and technological literature services, instrument and facility sharing, resource condition guarantee, test base collaboration, professional technical services, and industry testing services., Technology transfer services, entrepreneurial incubation services and management decision support are composed of ten major systems.
As an important part of the national science and technology infrastructure platform, the Shanghai R & D public service platform will effectively integrate R & D resources in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region, share scientific data and scientific literature by opening instruments, facilities and research bases, and provide services such as professional technology, entrepreneurial incubation and technology transfer, so as to promote the efficient allocation and sharing of scientific and technological resources in the whole society, enhance the independent innovation ability of enterprises and reduce the cost of innovation and entrepreneurship, we will strengthen industry-university-research cooperation, systematically optimize the environment for scientific and technological innovation and industrialization, improve Shanghai's comprehensive competitiveness, enhance Shanghai's service functions, and promote the sustainable development of science, technology, economy and society in the Yangtze River Delta region.
In response to the government's call, Shanghai Risheng has become one of the service units of the R & D platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, providing large-scale instruments and equipment.
