On March 17, 2016, the Jung Innovation Award ceremony was successfully held in Shanghai. Shanghai Rizhisheng's environment-friendly LED lighting new material, light diffusion polypropylene, won the innovation award for plastic raw materials by virtue of its breakthrough in the optimization of production process. A new type of material that converts LED point or line light sources into line or surface light sources. The product effectively solves the strong visual impact brought by the LED light source and softens the light under the premise of extremely high light transmittance. Products can be simple injection molding, and can be arbitrarily cut, compared to the traditional frosted glass, greatly improving the production efficiency.

Low carbon emissions
During the manufacturing process, PMMA emits 0.69 tons of carbon dioxide and PP is 1/3 or 0.21 tons. If the reduction in the amount of raw materials used that occurs on the difference in specific gravity is taken into account, the carbon dioxide emission for the production of light-diffusing PP is 1/5 of that of light-diffusing PMMA.
Non-toxic
When burning, it does not produce toxic and harmful gases, only carbon and hydrogen, which is safer for lighting products in danger of fire.
