Huicong net: hello, Mr. Chen, I am very glad to be able to interview you! In 2007, Rizisheng was awarded the title of "Little Giant Enterprise of Science and Technology" in Shanghai. It is reported that only 20 enterprises have won this honor. What is the meaning of this title?

 

Chen Xiaodong: Shanghai's "small giant enterprise of science and technology" does not require the scale of the enterprise to be large. The most important thing is to have original ability, such as invention patents, the update speed of various achievements, scientific research investment and talent reserve, etc., which are measured by these indicators. Therefore, the most important meaning of this title is to prove that our company has the ability of continuous scientific and technological innovation, which is also the most basic condition for the survival and development of our enterprise since its establishment.

 

At present, our company has five core technologies, more than 70 invention patents, a national key new product, a national torch plan, three Shanghai key new products, three Shanghai high-tech achievements transformation projects, is Shanghai Intellectual property demonstration enterprise.

Chen Xiaodong: our company does not have a very strong capital, nor does it have a very prominent background, so since the establishment of the company, we have taken the ability of scientific and technological innovation and the ability of independent research and development for the market as our greatest capital. This model of development has become our consistent tradition.

Chen Xiaodong: The main application areas of our company's products are: the first is the auto parts market, which is to customize some special accessories for automobiles; the second is the fine chemical additive market, which mainly provides additives for our peers or similar industries, mainly It is a compatibilizer, a material that can effectively improve the overall performance of various polymer alloys; the third industry is the electrical industry, such as power tools and switches; the fourth area is the white goods and extensive home appliance market, and now we are entering the office appliance market. At present, our most advantageous areas are the compatibilizer market and the automotive accessories market.

 

Huicong Network: Rizisheng has put forward the business philosophy of "zero defect" quality and "personalized" service. How are these concepts implemented?

 

Chen Xiaodong: quality is the basic condition for the survival of an enterprise, especially when we provide supporting services for motor and automobile related markets, the requirements for quality are higher, because it involves the safety of human life. In the international general market, the quality requirements for our materials are: first, stability, second, originality, and zero defects as our commitment to quality.

 

Our company has long proposed that the product is just a carrier. What we sell is a service. This service is a service that cannot be cloned. It is a service that other companies cannot learn. This is our competitive advantage. For example, a product can be imitated by others and can be similar to yours. However, its overall service link cannot be cloned. Therefore, many of our products are customized according to the market and the needs of customers. In this way, we can form a benign interaction with customers. In the early stage of their product development, we will intervene and jointly bear the risks of customers in the development process, because we are a professional R & D team, if this risk is borne by us, his pertinence will be stronger and the development cycle will be shortened, making our customers' products more competitive in the market, thus driving us to the market. Huicong Network: before we came to interview, we also heard a touching story. It is said that the blood bank was in a hurry a few days ago. Your company invited the blood donation vehicle to the factory and organized collective blood donation. Can you tell us about the scene at that time?

 

Chen Xiaodong: This blood donation is not our first time to donate blood. At the time of SARS in 2003, there were only 40 people in our company. At that time, our party branch advocated the use of blood donation to dispel the panic of SARS and defeat SARS with science. Since that time, blood donation has become our daily rising tradition. In 2004, our company became the Minhang District of Shanghai, and it was also the first batch of enterprises in Shanghai to join hands with voluntary blood donation volunteers. There is no limited target for blood donation in our enterprise. At the same time, we promise that when we are needed, we have a special emergency team to donate blood for the blood bank, so we have been commended by the Shanghai Red Cross. This blood donation was mainly in response to the call of blood bank for type A blood shortage. We did not launch it extensively. At that time, 27 people donated 28 blood and one person donated 2 blood. This time, other blood types were not very nervous, but we all had many non-type A blood employees who were still very enthusiastic. However, considering that there were many reserves in these blood banks, we also dissuaded these employees.

 

Huicong: As far as we know, your company is planning to invest in Guangdong project, please tell us about the progress of the project.

 

Chen Xiaodong: The Southern Market is indeed what we want to develop. This project is still in the pipeline, and we are also looking for partners.

 

Huicong Network: The rapid development of Rizisheng is closely related to the vigorous development of China's modified plastics market. How do you view this market?

 

Chen Xiaodong: The modified plastic market is a rapidly developing market, especially as my country has gradually become a major manufacturing country in the world. As a new type of material, modified plastics are widely used ".

 

First, technology should be improved to replace higher-end plastics with cheaper and cheaper ones. In this regard, some large foreign companies, especially manufacturing companies, have listed this as a long-term planning project. We are also fortunate to join the strategic development of a well-known foreign company. He has a pyramid structure for selecting materials and gradually replaces the most high-end materials with low-end materials. In this way, he can do better product quality and ensure quality. On the basis of this, the cost is greatly reduced.

 

Secondly, we must pay more attention to environmental protection. We believe that in the modified plastics market, taking the road of environmental protection is what we must consider at present, and it is also a very promising direction. The concept of environmental protection has become a new growth point and a new enterprise advantage in our modified plastics industry. We also hope to seize this opportunity, seize this market, and narrow the distance between us and well-known foreign enterprises, especially in R & D and patents. Because some foreign companies have experienced hundreds of years of development and have a large number of patented technologies in their hands, if we want to produce now, we have to avoid it, but after the new laws and regulations came out, we were on the same starting line. Our biggest feature in the past two years is that we have basically maintained 20 or 30 invention patents each year, creating better conditions for further development, otherwise we will not be able to compete with foreign companies. And we have to invest a lot of money every year to the European Union for certification, including UL safety certification in the United States.

 

This year we will launch some new varieties, especially a series of environmentally friendly products. These environmentally friendly products have two concepts, one is fully degradable, and the other is fully recyclable. In terms of complete recycling, after 5 years of in-depth development, the use value of recycled plastics has been greatly improved; this year we will also launch biodegradable plastics, which we have been developing for several years and will be officially commercialized this year.
