Our company held a general meeting of all employees


In order to better adapt to the newly revised laws and regulations of the state, some clauses that are no longer applicable in the original Employee Register are modified. At the same time, it focuses on the core position of clean culture in corporate culture, and the core position of integrity values in corporate values. The newly revised "Employee Handbook" will more clearly reflect the respective responsibilities and obligations of enterprises and employees, focusing on the operability and humanistic care of the provisions.

At 9: 00 a.m. on August 6, 2010, the company held a staff meeting. The meeting was presided over by Deputy General Manager Xiao Jian. The meeting mainly consists of the following agenda:

1. General Manager Chen Xiaodong Speech;

2. Trade Union Chairman Li Shua read the collective wage negotiation agreement and voted by show of hands;

3. The manager of the management department preached and voted by show of hands on the revised part of the Staff Book;

4. Li sihua, chairman of the trade union, read the company's decision to establish a "labor dispute mediation committee;

5. General Manager Chen Xiaodong made a concluding speech.

 

At the meeting, all employees unanimously passed the revised draft of the "wage collective bargaining agreement" and the "employee record.
